i wanted to share this little recipe that literally takes 5 mins to make but tastes delicious!!
below is my recipe card.....it's just the recipe for the filling, since i just use the pre-made tart shells. as well, i'm not a raisin fan, so i use chocolate chips and coconut instead!
my little guy playing in the sink, having some fun!
i remove the tin holders, so they look a little prettier!
-enjoy!-
These look delicious! I need to try them!

ReplyDeleteVisiting from Centsational Girl's Picnic & BBQ party. Hope you'll stop by my blog to say hi too. :)
These look awesome! I love how you just took a picture of the recipe card so you didn't have to enter the recipe. I think I might try that tip. I would love it if you came over and linked up to Cast Party Wednesday. I have a great collection of recipes going and yours would be a PERFECT addition! http://www.ladybehindthecurtain.com

well, thanks for the recipe. hope i could do it some other time.
ReplyDeleteThey look a bit like transparent pies - a pastry made long ago in Kentucky. I would recommend putting a catch pan under the tarts to catch anything that bubbles over - burnt sugar is a bear to get out of the oven.
