recipe: easy butter tarts....yummy!

i wanted to share this little recipe that literally takes 5 mins to make but tastes delicious!!

below is my recipe card.....it's just the recipe for the filling, since i just use the pre-made tart shells.  as well, i'm not a raisin fan, so i use chocolate chips and coconut instead!

my little guy playing in the sink, having some fun!

i remove the tin holders, so they look a little prettier!

-enjoy!-

  6. They look a bit like transparent pies - a pastry made long ago in Kentucky. I would recommend putting a catch pan under the tarts to catch anything that bubbles over - burnt sugar is a bear to get out of the oven.
